1. What is Neorelic?

Neorelic is an online graphic design studio specialising in logo and business card design.

2. What is an online design studio?

As an online design studio, almost all of our business is conducted through this website.

All orders are submitted to us online and all designs are delivered to you via email.

3. How will I be contacted?

All communication will be conducted via email. However, this does not mean that our service is impersonal; you will be in frequent contact with your designer throughout the entire design process.

We will go out of our way to exceed your expectations!

4. How long does the process take?

You will receive your first email from one of our designers within one business day of the initial order.

Once the designer has spoken to you and feels they have enough information to begin, the expected turnaround time between concept revisions is two business days.

5. How does the process work?

Once you have selected a design package that you wish to purchase, you will be directed to an order form. After having filled in the appropriate details there, a confirmation email will be sent to the address you provided.

You will then be asked to proceed to payment and you can expect to hear from one of our designers within one business day.

6. How do I pay for my order?

All payments are processed externally via PayPal.

7. Do I need a PayPal account to order?

No. A PayPal account is not required for credit card transactions.

After you have been redirected to PayPal, simply hit the "Continue" button if you do not have an account and wish to use your credit card to pay for your order.

8. Is ordering safe?

Yes, very much so. Neorelic will only ever ask for your name and email address for the purposes of contacting you personally during the design process.

At no time will we ask for sensitive credit card information.

All payments are processed externally using PayPal, which is generally regarded as one of the safest ways to make payments over the Internet.

9. How are orders delivered?

All concepts and finalised design packages are delivered via email.

10. What file formats do you provide?

Print: AI, INDD, EPS, PDF.
Web: PSD, JPEG, GIF, PNG.

11. Can you provide different colour versions?

Yes, all but our Standard Logo Design Package also include black-and-white and greyscale versions of your logo.

12. What if I lose my files?

Not to worry, we keep a lifetime backup of all projects in our archive. Just email us with your proof of purchase to receive a new set of files.

13. Who owns the final designs?

When you choose a final concept that you like, copyright ownership is also transferred to you.

14. How many concept revisions can I request?

Until the project is complete, you can request unlimited revisions of your preferred concept until you are 100% satisfied.

Our job is only finished when you are happy.

15. What is the difference between a concept and a revision?

A concept is a unique design, and with each package you will receive a specified number of concepts per batch. From that batch, we will ask you to choose your preferred concept design for us to concentrate on finalising. It is that concept that we will revise indefinitely until you are completely satisfied with the result.

16. Can I submit my own ideas or images?

Yes. However, you must be the copyright holder for that image or have the necessary permissions to use that image.

17. Can you print business cards?

No, unfortunately Neorelic does not offer any printing services. However, all business card packages include the necessary print-ready files to be sent to your chosen professional printshop.

We only ask that you confirm with your printer that they will be able to print at your desired dimensions before we begin the design process. Unfortunately, once a project is complete, we cannot provide a refund if the dimensions you requested cannot be printed.

18. What is your refund policy?

If you are unhappy with our entire first batch of concepts, we will gladly send you a refund. Simply provide us with your invoice number and lodge a request via email within 28 days of the initial order. If you choose to go ahead with the concept revision process after the first batch of designs, a refund can no longer be provided.
