How guaranteed is this guarantee?
At Neorelic, our number one priority is to exceed your expectations. However, if we don't quite hit the mark with our first batch of concept designs and you don't wish to proceed with the revision process, we will gladly refund you. No questions asked.
To request a refund, simply contact us from the same email address you used to place your order. All we need you to do is state that you are requesting a refund and include your invoice and/or order number.
Once we've received your request, a refund will be sent to you at the first opportunity. Guaranteed.
The Fine Print
As with any refund policy, there are a few conditions. However, in order to be as upfront as possible, here is the full story:
- Our Money-Back Guarantee is valid for 28 days after the date of your initial order;
- Requests for a refund must be made using the same email address that was used to place the order;
- An invoice and/or order number must be included in the emailed request;
- A refund can only be provided after the first batch of concept logos/business cards is delivered to you. If after the first batch of designs, you choose to proceed with the revision process to finalise a preferred concept, a refund can no longer be provided.
